Chess Club
Chess Club runs one afternoon per week in Terms 2 and 3.  Here, students from Kindergarten to Year 6 learn skills and practice playing the game of chess.  We also enter the district inter-school chess competition and run our very own school competition in Term 4. 

Running Club
Every morning (Monday - Thursday) students can participate in running activities with an emphasis on improving student fitness. The club is run by a group of dedicated parents who make the time before school to keep our students fit and give them an active start to the day.

Records are kept of student participation on incentive rewards are given to students who attend regularly and engage in all activities.

Student Leadership Opportunities
Students have the opportunity to participate in our Student Representative Council (S.R.C.) that meets regularly to discuss fundraising ideas, social functions and school issues.

Selected students also participate in various leadership opportunities (Student Leadership in Primary Schools, Young Leaders Day, local government meetings) to provide them with leadership ideas to maximise their potential as senior student leaders in our school.
