Busy times!

_J7D8773We trust your children have settled back into school well. There have been several notes regarding important information recently so we trust you will have read these and will be prepared for what is coming up…

Athletics Carnival

On Monday July 28 we are having our Athletics Carnival at the Ridge and permission notes should have been returned to school. All students are required at school by 9am for a departure just after. We always need parent helpers on this day so please let Mr Griffiths know if you can assist. We look forward to a fun day together.

Open Day

We look forward to having friends and family visit us next Wednesday during education week. Classrooms will be open from 8:30am and the performances will begin at 9:30. We hope you can join us.

Engadine Plaza Dancing

All dancers will be performing at Engadine Plaza on Tuesday between 10-11am as a community event for education week.

Grandparents Day

On Thursday 31 July, we will be treating our Grandparents and special friends to a repeat performance of our Open Day concert as well as some special items. We will be supplying the traditional morning tea (scones with jam and cream) for our visitors and would be most grateful for some assistance in preparing and serving. If you are available between 9 -1 to help, please let the office staff know.

Author Visits

As part of Book Week celebrations on Monday August 4th we will be welcoming two respected Authors to the school.  Stage 1 will be visited by Bronwyn Vaughan author of ‘Fine Feathered Friends’ between 10am & 11am in the hall. Stage 2 & 3 will be visited by Reuben Meers author of Surfing Scientist’ between 2pm & 3pm also in the hall.
